Technical Requirements:

Stage:

Platform for orchestra: Thick carpet on top covered with white sheet. Side masking with black cloth for five musicians/instrumentalists to sit. To be placed on the left side. 10f(L) X 3f(B)

 

 

Audio System: Six mics with small adjustable stands, One mic with standing level stand, One floor mic for foot work, Eight channel mixer, Equiliser, Effect processor/ Delay system, Stage monitors, Auditorium Speakers, DAT/CD player if recorded music.

Three-pin socket with extension chord to be provided behind the orchestra for connecting electronic tanpura (scale tuner).

Lights: General stage lights, Side lights with amber & yellow, Centre spot, Follow light. Dimmers.

Stage & décor: preferably black backdrop, side curtains and wings. Refrain from placing banners on backdrop. Stage/performance space to be cleaned before & after rehearsals. No eatables/drinks inside the auditorium/performance space till the programme concludes. Audience may be advised to occupy their seats 15 minutes before the programme. Auditorium lights to be switched off during performance.


Auditorium/Performing Space:

Green Room: Separate green rooms with attached toilet for dancer and members of the orchestra
Mirrors/focus lights/dressing table, Costume Ironing facilities, Six bottles of mineral water + Tea/Coffee

Theatre/performing space t o be made available three hours before the programme along with all facilities for rehearsal and sound balancing. All technical experts to be present.
