EXPERT IN YOGA

Alka Tyagi has been practicing yoga for 25 years now. Trained at Bihar School of Yoga, Munger, she worked for 'Ananda' in the Himalayas as Head Yoga Teacher. She now lives in Delhi and does yoga workshops for children, adults and special packages for executives and working women. She has also assisted Indian classical dancers.

Her experience in the field has enabled her to bring healing into the lives of many people who came in touch with her through yoga.
