Anuradha Singh received her Master's degree in Kathak Dance with Merit (Gold-medal) from Indira Kala Sangeet University, Khairagarh, Chhattisgarh. From time to time she got trained under the tutelage of great Kathak exponents Pt. Durgalalji, Pt. Kartikramji and Pt. Ramlalji.

Anuradha is noted for her innovation and improvisation without forsaking the traditional Kathak technique. Rhythmic understanding, ability to extemporize with speedy rhythms and subtle novelty to the Kathak repertoire while preserving the tenets of the pure classical style, by blending Lucknow and Jaipur Gharana are some of her qualities.

Experimenting with classical Sufi Kathak, she has evolved a refined, forceful and sophisticated style in pure classical form, which is based on fast speeds, swift intensifying turns, mind thrilling percussive footwork, delicacy of movements and impressive expressions based on Sufi Nizzamuddin Aulia's Miya ki Malhar.

Anuradha is one of the well-known dancer of solo classical Kathak dance. With enchanting stage presence she has earned acclamation for intense & sensitive dance presentations. She has performed solo Kathak internationally in addition to more than 45 prestigious Government organized festivals in India.
