Associated with Mr. Kamal Hasan, renowned actor & producer, in the production of his latest feature film, Marudanaayagam. Compered the inaugural Function of the 29th International Film festival of India at the Siri fort Auditorium on 10th of January, 1998. |

Researcher and Correspondent for Vinod Duas current affairs program Parakh. In addition to regular stories, did a special section on population problem titled Time Bomb on a weekly basis. Produced and directed a docudrama for the Bureau of Police Research & Development, under the title Operation Octopus which was telecast on the national network of Doordarshan. Produced, directed and made documentaries for various private/government organisations, including films for the Cement Corporation of India which were telecast twice on Doordarshan. |

Presented programmes on B.B.C from London. Live presentation of the closing ceremony of the Festival of France held in New Delhi, on special invitation, on OB from Siri Fort Auditorium. Live presentation of Nehru Centenary Celebrations, in English and Hindi, on OB from Teen Murti House. Interviews with eminent personalities and Curtain Raiser Programmes for many National Films Festivals, National Film Awards, Days of Bulgarian Culture in India, etc. |
1987 | On behalf of Doordarshan, sent to Bulgaria to cover Days of Indian Culture in Bulgaria. |

Went to USA for 7 months on a USIS Felloship, to study the working and presentation styles of American Television Networks. Was part of Good Morning America (ABC), Mc Neil Lehrer News Hour (PBS) and Worldnet to name a few. Apart from visiting the Mass Communications Centres at the Columbia (New York), Maryland and Washington Universities, also presented a programme at a private TV net work in New York. Also offered the hob of presenter in New York. Numerous reports on Indian Festivals including Khajuraho Dance Festival, Konark Dance Festival, Ellora Dance Festival, Bhaghyachandra Dance Festival, etc. In addition to making bilingual announcements on National Network/Programme at least 4 times a week, compared numerous programmes on Doordarshan including Aap Aur Hum, Saptahiki, National Programmes of Music & Dance, etc. |

Compared the reports of the Asian Games held in New Delhi in Germabn language which were sent to Germany by the German experts Mr. Horst Saifart and Mr. Claus Beissner, who were invited by Doordarshan to supervise the colour transmission which had just started. First bilingual announcer when Colour telecast was introduced in India in 1982 and for the first time a one hour colour programme started on the National Network. |
